You will notice that our tourament list has been updated to reflect the latest plans for our team which include the WCDA League.  We are no longer attending the Crossfire Residential Camp at Whidbey Island, and both the November Surf Cup in San Diego and the President's Cup in Portland are no longer on the schedule.  The calendar has been updated to reflect those changes.

Our team will be participating in the Western Collegiate Development Academy, which will entail two trips (Northern California and Oregon), and then participation in the Showcase event in Las Vegas over Thanksgiving.  There will also be about 10-20 league games between August and next June.  This is in addition to PDL league.

WCDA allows participating teams to carry on competing in the State Cup/Regional Championships/National Championships/State League/Far West Regional League and any other events. Season consists of 18-20 league games, 3 Showcases in Arizona, Las Vegas and Southern California and a league Championship in Washington State hosted by Crossfire Premier.

As one of the four State Tournaments under Washington Youth Soccer, the US Youth Soccer Washington State Championships showcases the highest level of competitive play within the state at the U-12 through U-19 age groups. Each year the tournament attracts over 6,100 participants and thousands more spectators and fans. Designed to encourage and honor the elite players, this tournament is structured so that the best team in each age group from each state advances to the US Youth Soccer Region IV (Far West Regional) Championships and ultimately the US Youth Soccer National Championships. The boys had a soccer filled day and a half, and despite field changes due to weather, the event was successful.  The BU17A boys  trained with coaches from, Oregon State, Notre Dame, New Mexico and Santa Clara.

They played 2 showcase games.  The first one was a 0-3 losss vs. Crossfire BU18A.  The second game was a 2-0 win vs. HPFC 93.

Our team combined with members of the U16 Academy to compete in this tournament while 6 of our players were at the Youth Soccer Regionals in New Mexico.  Tynecastle who won our bracket to move onto the finals were the BU16 tournament Champions.

We participated in the annual Nike Crossfire Challenge on our home fields at 60 acres from July 10-12 making the Quarter Finals.

The 30th annual Surf Cup tournament was held July 31, August 1 & 2, 2010 in San Diego, California. This is a Class I Tournament; open to USYSA, US Club Soccer, Super Y League, AYSO, and FIFA affiliated teams.
