1.      All players should travel in proper matching attire. (Crossfire /Nike attire- matching Crossfire polo shirts or t-shirts, khaki pants/shorts and/or Crossfire Jacket and pants).

2.      No hats or earrings for boys.

3.      Listening devices (i-pods) are allowed on airplane, car, bus, hotel room. NO listening devices allowed at practice, warm ups, games or any other public team functions.  

4.      Players must be in hotel rooms at the time designated by the Coach.

5.      Cell phones should be collected by a team parent by 10:00 PM and returned the next AM. This helps ensure all players get a good nights rest.  In case of emergency parent can call the hotel directly or Coach/Manager.

6.      Show absolute respect towards other guests in the hotel, hotel staff members, hotel and private property.

7.      No Swimming or extra activity in the sun until conclusion of tournament.

8.      Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
