Good evening:
My name is Nick Janus (Dominic's dad) and I am taking over the primary managerial responsibilities for the Crossfire U11 Dev Blue team.
Kristine Wiyrick and Steve Stone will also be assisting with the duties.
Going forward, I will be sending out the team communications. There are several matters addressed in this communication pertinent to the coming weeks.
1. Friendly matches - The next two Saturday's, June 7th and June 14th, the boys will be participating in friendly matches against the U11 Dev Grey team. The matches will be held at the Barn Field at 9:00 AM.
Please arrive at the field 30 minutes early to allow for proper warmups and make sure the boys come properly dressed in their practice kits (black Nike shorts and socks and white training tee).
2. Parent meeting - I would like to hold a parent meeting tomorrow morning at 8:30 before the match to allow us to get properly introduced and to discuss some tasks that need to be accomplished in the next few weeks.
3. Practice kits - Should you have any missing items from the practice kits that were recently distributed please let me know and I will coordinate the location of the missing items. When I prepared the kits for distribution everything on the ordered list I received was accounted for and bagged.
4. Uniforms, sweats, bags - These remaining items will be arriving over the coming months and will be distributed when they arrive.
5. Team dues - Each parent is to pay $200 in team dues to cover tournament costs and other team related costs. To date, we have only received a few payments. Please bring your payments to tomorrow's match, so that we can get our team bank account established and start finalizing our registrations for our upcoming tournaments.
6. Contact information - Tomorrow I will bring a roster with all of the pertinent contact information for your review to make sure all of the information is accurate and complete.
