Note to team managers and coaches: We are having a coach and manager reception on Thursday (8/20) hosted by the Crossfire Foundation during the team check-in (see what is needed at check-in below) at the Redmond Town Center Marriott Hotel from 5-9pm.

There will be appetizers and drinks available to coaches and managers provided by the Crossfire Foundation.

We would like all teams to check-in on Thursday at the Marriott.  However, if your team is unable to make it, you can do the check-in at the fields at least 90 minutes prior to your first game.  The tournament headquarters are located in the tournament village near the Score Center Powered by XF Sports Consulting.

What is needed at Check-in:

If competing as an US Club Team
1. Official US Club Roster (2 copies)
      All players must be on roster, or official US Club loan papers for guest players)
2. Medical Releases for all players

If competing as an US Youth Team
1. Official Roster signed by association registrar
     (All players must be on roster)
2. Medical Releases for all players


Redapt Cup Notes
 - Canopies and chairs will be provided at all team bench areas by the tournament. 
 - Parking Update: In an effort to encourage families to carpool we will be offering FREE parking to anyone that has 4 or more people in the car at the time of arrival.   This will be available in any lot, there is no special carpool lot.  However, if you leave and come back without 4 + in your car, you will then be require to purchase a parking pass.  Anyone without 4+ will  need a $10 pass, good for the whole weekend.  No single day passes! 
 - Game schedules are now posted above!
  - The Score Center, Powered by XF Sports Consulting will be located in the Tourament Village and will have updated game schedules and game scores.
  - The tournament village will have food vendors and tournament mechanside.
  - No Pets are allowed in the Soccer Complex.
  - Canopies and chairs will be provided at every team bench area.
  - No overnight or day use RV parking will be available.




Games will start Friday morning.  The last game on Suinday will kick-off no later than 3pm.  Teams making flight arrangements need to be prepared to play in the 3pm game just in case.

Registration Fees

U9/10 - 6 vs 6     $400
U10 - 9 vs 9        $500
U11 - 9 vs 9        $500
U12-U18 - 11 vs 11    $575

*Credit card will be billed upon acceptance to the tournament.

Division Level Placement

During the application process, teams can chose to apply to the Gold, Silver or Bronze Divisions.
  The tournament selection committee will review each application and make a decision based upon each teams previous record, the number of teams that have applied, etc.

Team Check-In

Team check-in is available at 60 Acres Soccer Park On the Friday of the tournament.  All teams must be checked in two hours prior to thier first scheduled game

Tournament Apparel

Sporthaus Schmetzer will be on site in a retail venue that will be your source of all tournament apparel.


Tournament Housing Policy

The Redapt Cup is no longer a "Stay and Play" tournament.  Each team is welcome to secure their choice of housing accommodations.  We will be providing a list of preferred hotels as a resource soon.
