Creating a roster - To be done by the teams web page volunteer or manager
To add individual players- Login using the Web admin userid and password, select "roster" on the light green bar above the team photo. You can then add/delete/modify players as required. Please remember to do a search before adding a player. If the players name does not come up then create a new player.
Instructions for players/parents to update their own player page
1) To be done by the teams web page volunteer or manager
You will notice on the details of each players profile there is a space for an email.
Ask each player for an email address and enter the email address for them on the profile page. Save the page.
When you look at their profile now their will be an email address visible.
2) Now each player needs to do the following
-go to the team page
-select their name
-click on player login
-it will ask for an email address
-click on ** If you don’t have a PIN#, or if you’ve forgotten it, then select click here to have it sent to you ** at the bottom of the box
-the system will then send them a password at the email address
-the player can then login using their email address and password that was sent to them and then edit their own profile.
It’s probably a good idea to get this process started at U15 for those that are able to do so.
