The Crossfire Premier Soccer Club strives to provide the most qualified, dedicated, and proficient soccer coaching staff in the Pacific Northwest.  Our coaching staff has many current and former collegiate, professional and international soccer coaches, as well as players, among its ranks.  Crossfire Premier Soccer staff is paid and each year coaches are reviewed and then offered an annual contract that includes standards for conduct and ethical behavior, objectives for obtaining a higher level of coaching license, as well as, minimums for the number of weekly practices, tournaments, etc.   

Coaches are also asked to provide countless hours of “volunteer” time to assist in fundraising efforts such as Crossfire Academy, Crossfire Summer Camps, the Nike Crossfire Challenge tournament, and the Nike Golf Classic.   We feel strongly that by managing a paid coaching staff properly, we attract the finest coaches in our region and further develop the player talent in the Club.
