Professional Playing Experience
Played 20 different seasons over a 13-year professional career winning three national championships, for many top coaches from all over the country and the world. Played for 3 ex-national team coaches.
Teams include: Seattle Sounders, Wichita Wings, Florida Thunder Cats, Seattle Seadogs, Canton Invaders, Portland Pride, Tacoma Stars and the Portland Timbers.

Comments : Crossfire Premier Girls Coaching Director Dick McCormick is a USSF A licensed coach. He assumed the position in October 2005. McCormick served as the Seattle Sounders Womens Head Coach, as well as the Seattle Sounders Assistant Coach. McCormick is also the Director of the Seattle Sounders Soccer Camps and Academy. A Washington native, McCormick has played and coached soccer at every level. He played for two U.S. national coaches, the legendary Alan Hinton and at the collegiate level prior to turning to professional play. McCormick played over 500 professional games in 13 years, including three professional championships. His career with the Seattle Sounders spans seven years, including the championship teams of 1995 and 1996. Prior to joining the Sounders McCormick played for the Wichita Wings, Florida Thunder Cats, Seattle Seadogs, Canton Invaders, Portland Pride and the Tacoma Stars of the Continental Indoor Soccer League (CISL.) His professional career also includes a season of outdoor soccer with the Portland Timbers in 1989. McCormick has coached youth soccer in addition to playing and coaching professional teams. Every youth team he has coached has progressed to at least the State semi-finals. In the past three seasons, he coached two youth teams that earned five state championship titles and one Region IV title. McCormick is married and has three children.
