A damp and windy field greeted the boys when they arrived to take on HPFC. It was a typical soccer day. HPFC opened the scoring but the boys countered quickly. The first half ended with a 1-1 draw. HPFC pulled ahead 2-1 early in the second half but we responded again. HPFC then pulled ahead 3-2 with about 15 minutes left in the game. The boys worked hard and scored the equalizer with about 5 minutes left. They continued to work very hard and created several good opportunities but couldn’t get it in the net. The game ended as a 3-3 draw. The boys did a great job.
