Athletes 10 Team Training

ATHLETES 10 TEAM TRAINING provides world class, in-season strength and conditioning for all Crossfire’s teams for less than $10 a training hour!

Many Crossfire teams from every division and all of the Academy and ECNL teams train in the Athletes 10 program.

Speed, Power, and Performance Training

Speed, Power, and Performance Training is for players who want to improve the speed and power elements of their athleticism to dramatically improve on-field performance.

Speed, Power, and Performance (SP2) programs are periodized for both in-season and off-season training. Session times are available to meet every athletes demanding schedule, and are highly affordable!

1 : 1 Force 10 Coach

A 1:1 FORCE 10 COACH provides the opportunity for the most personalized attention to all ten elements of a Crossfire athlete’s performance.

A 1:1 Force 10 coach also provides complete personal flexibility and the ability for the athlete to determine a training schedule that is tailored to their individual needs.

Full Force Training

FULL FORCE TRAINING is an off-season program for Crossfire players who want to become faster, stronger, more powerful and need to add lean body mass during the off-season.

2 of the Crossfire players who trained in the Full Force Program this summer were called into the U-17 National Team this Fall.

Injury Prevention Training

Injury Prevention Training is included in all Force 10 programs, however, Force 10 has developed a special Injury Prevention Program that is based on the FIFA 11 model that has been proven to reduce soccer injuries by 30 – 50%.

Force 10 is working with Crossfire teams, coaches, players, parents, and staff to more fully implement the Injury Prevention Program to significantly reduce serious and career threatening injuries for Crossfire athletes.

Quantum 10 Adult Training

Quantum Training is for adults who are seeking more personal development and don’t need athletic performance training, but still enjoy the power, energy, rhythms and grace of an athlete environment.

Quantum training dynamically combines all the elements many individuals need to improve their personal performance in areas that matter to them; including family, career, health and wellness and recreational activities.
