Crossfire Premier Scholar Athlete Award

The Crossfire Premier Scholar Athlete Award honors exceptional, academic achievements among its Crossfire Premier players. Crossfire Premier Soccer Club is dedicated to providing the opportunity for its players to participate in the highest levels of youth soccer. The Club also encourages players to be a positive influence within their communities, including the educational community. This Award recognizes players who have demonstrated superior performance in the classroom while maintaining their commitment to Crossfire Premier Soccer.
Criteria for selection: Senior boys and girls, academic cumulative high school (9-12) grade point of 4.0 (on a 4.0 scale), 5 consecutive years playing with Crossfire Premier and an essay. The following criteria are necessary for this application to be accepted:
1. Completion of this form, incomplete applications will be returned.
2. Please staple to this form a copy of your high school transcript, including the first semester of your senior year.
3. One page, typed essay.
4. Applications are due to the Crossfire office by April 14, 2008.
5. This scholarship will be applied directly toward the recipient’s school for tuition and fees upon enrollment. Funds made payable to the academic institution no later than August 31. If this scholarship has not been used within four years of graduation, this scholarship will revert to the Crossfire Premier Scholar Athlete Award fund.
