Crossfire's Elite Club National League (ECNL) Tryouts Start Friday
ECNL Expands to include GU18
The ECNL is a national youth soccer league founded in 2009 for U-15, U-16 and U-17 girls’ teams (expanding to U-18 in 2010/11)for the purpose of providing the highest level of competition and the best developmental environment for American female youth soccer players, as well as an identification and development program, which will seek to include players in US Soccer’s National Teams.  Crossfire Premier is a founding member and one of only two ECNL member clubs in the Northwest.
Players in the ECNL have seen unprecedented opportunities for college recruiting exposure. College coach attendance has been tremendous at each ECNL event. “College coaches see the ECNL as the best avenue to view the top female soccer players across the country. Hundreds of the best players are at one location playing against high level competition. Crossfire Premier has always had a lot of success with placing players in college programs, but the ECNL as taken things to a whole new level” says Steve Crum the Crossfire Premier Assistant Director of Coaching for Girls.
There are significant travel requirements when you play in the ECNL. Crossfire Premier supports our ECNL teams with their travel costs. Each team has their trips subsidized with money raised from the Crossfire Girls College Camp along with generous help from selected sponsors.
Crossfire Premier’s U-15, U-16, U-17 & U-18 “ECNL” teams will participate in the ECNL events and National Championships in addition to their regular league play and state cup competition. Tryouts for those teams will be April 30, May 1 & 2. Please check the Crossfire Premier tryout schedule for exact dates and times.
