Each DINNER/AUCTION participant will receive:
- Red Hook Reception and Anhueser Busch $100,000 Challenge Drive over the Lake
- A seated dinner at Bear Creek Country Club (tables of eight)
- Two refreshment tickets at the Non-Hosted Bar
- Each table will receive two bottles of Crossfire Premier wine compliments of Silver Lake Winery & Crossfire Premier Soccer
- Complete Auction Bidder’s Kit (number, catalog, automated checkout, etc)

Dinner/Auction FAQs
How much are the Dinner/Auction Only tickets? The tickets are $50.00 each and available to be purchased online on Tuesday, May 29th. Less than 100 Dinner/Auction tickets are available.
Does Bear Creek Country Club have a Dress Code? Yes and it is enforced. No Denim. Read the details CLICK HERE.
I don’t golf, how do I get a Dinner/Auction ticket? Tickets are available online by credit card. Tables will be set for eight.
Can I buy a great table at the Auction? , Prime table placements are offered to our Crossfire Premier Sponsors first. There are a limited number of sponsorship options available.
I don’t want to attend the Dinner portion, can I bid on the silent Auction items? Yes, between 3:00pm and 4:45pm all are welcome to view and bid on the Silent Auction items. Note that this does not include participation in the reception, awards presentation, dinner or live auction portions of the event.
I want to attend the Auction; can I volunteer and help out? Sorry, we are proud to say that all of the Day-of-Auction volunteer opportunities are filled. There are a few hospitality orientated positions during the golf tournament portion of the event that need to be filled. Contact your Auction Captain for details.
Golfer FAQs
Are only good golfers able to play? No, we have three types of golfers participating. One group that is serious and will keep score, one group that wants to play scrabble or best ball type golf, and one group that will not keep score. The foursome will have to commit to one of these prior to starting.
Can non-Crossfire Premier families participate? Yes, this is a Charity Event focused on raising money for our Crossfire Premier Financial Aid Fund (formally called Scholarship Fund) and other program expansions. All are welcome.
I can’t find enough golfers for a foursome; can I register as a single? Yes, we are now accepting single golfers to fill in some of our groups
Do I have to attend the Auction if I golf? No, your foursome captain will coordinate to find someone who wants to participate in the auction bidding in your place.
How much are you paying the Tournament staff? We are 100% volunteers. We are paid in Thank You’s and a successfully funded Financial Aid Fund. There are 53 Team Captains, 36 Foursome Captains, 8 Auction Directors, 2 Co-Chairs, and over 410 involved in the Auction Procurement Committee.
