(May 22, 2007) Crossfire Teams participating in the 2007 Showcase of Champions Girls and Boys events on May 11-13 and May 18-20 won 16 of 23 games. This year, Crossfire teams 90 P. Lombard (1 win, 1 tie, 2 losses), 90 Thomas (2 wins, 1 tie, 1 loss) and 91 Hattrup (4 wins) competed in the Girls Event May 11-13; Crossfire teams 89 James (3 wins), 90 Flory (3 wins, 1 loss), and 91 James (3 wins, 1 loss) competed in the Boys Event May 18-20.

Over the past seven years, over 8,000 people have participated in the college workshops and presentations featured at the Showcase of Champions; over 460 teams have competed in the Showcase games, and over 300 college coaches have recruited for potential prospects (boys and girls).
