
Player Responsibilities
- Attend all training sessions, matches, tournaments, and meeting unless excused by the coach. When conflicts arise, notify your coach as soon as possible
- Practices are mandatory; you can not develop your skills and play if you do not attend practice
- Come reasy to train or play. A serious attitude to work hard is expected
- Every Crossfire Player is expected to project proper behaviour and a positive attitude
- Treat other players, teams, and referees with respect
The following items should be brought to every training session and match:
- Shin guards
- Designated Crossfire attire (training t-shirts)
- Appropriate footwear
- Properly inflated soccer ball
Parent Responsbilities
- No Coaching
- Parents are to stand away from the bench during the game
- Be a role model of proper behaviour
Encourage your son/daughter to take responsibility for the following:
- Play and Behaviour
- Getting to team activities on time
- Clear lines of communication between teammates and coaches
- Proper nutrition and hydration
- Be a "student" of the game gaining knowledge and insight
- Inform coach of any player medical condition
- Follow Crossfire Grievance policy if needed
