Crossfire Premier Grievance Policy

GRIEVANCE PROCESS.

Crossfire’s philosophy is to solve problems at the lowest level possible, preferably within the Team environment. If however the problems cannot be solved at the Team level, the Player and Parent may escalate the issue in the following manner:

  • Soccer Issues: Any soccer-related dispute resulting from Player’s participation may be submitted by the Parent to the Player/Parent Committee, who will then forward the matter to the appropriate Coaching Director. The Parent/Player Committee may refer the issue to the Crossfire Executive Coaching Director Committee. Decisions by this committee shall be binding on all parties.
  • Administrative Issues: Any administrative dispute relating to Players participation may be submitted in writing by the Parent to the Player/Parent Committee. The Committee will attempt to resolve the situation to the satisfaction of all parties. In the event a satisfactory solution cannot be found, the Player/Parent Committee Chair may escalate the issue to the Crossfire Board for resolution. If the Board cannot find a satisfactory resolution it may escalate to the Crossfire Premier President who may then forward to the President of LWYSA.
  • Ethical/Disciplinary Issues: Any ethical or disciplinary violations committed by a Coach, Assistant Coach, Team personnel, Players, Parents or spectators may be submitted to the Player/Parent Committee for review and investigation. All submissions must be in written form and contain an original signature. The Committee will attempt to resolve the situation to the satisfaction of all parties. In the event a satisfactory resolution cannot be found, the Player/Parent Committee Chair may escalate the issue to the Crossfire Board for resolution. If the Board cannot find a satisfactory resolution it may escalate to the Crossfire Premier President who may then forward to the President of LWYSA.
