Starting defender for one of top defensive teams in Washington State. Her Crossfire teams won State Championships at U-11 and U-13 level. Lauren is pound for pound one of the toughest players on any field. She is strong at disrupting plays/tackling in the open field and making accurate passes to her midfielders and starting counter attacks.
Super Y League:
The Crossfire team she is part of won the Super Y Northwest Division in 2008. To quote the USL Super Y-League NA Finals program from last November, "defense was the force behind this team’s success last season...this team put up impressive numbers again this season, allowing just 0.285 goals per game."
High School Soccer:
Starting varsity outside midfielder as Freshman and Sophomore. Selected to Second Team Division III Metro League. Coached by Malia Arrant, who also coaches for the Dosveedanya premiere club.

Starting varsity lacrosse Freshman/Sophomore. #14 in Scoring and #7 in Ground Ball pickups Freshman year in State of Washington Division II. Listed as "player to watch" for 2010 season by US Lacrosse.
