Manager's Checklist

Nike Crossfire Challenge - Managers Checklist

1.    Download and print a copy of the Tournament Rules for your coach and yourself.   

2.    Abide by the No Pet Rule and inform parents of the NO DOGS OR PETS Rule at the tournament.
 
3.    Download, print and distribute Maps and Directions to 60 Acres Soccer Complex.
 
4.   Bring an Official Team Roster signed by either Association registrar or US Club Soccer registrar.  Should include jersey numbers.  Completing the online roster is also recommended.
 
5.    Guest Players must be listed on official roster and approved by Association registrar or US Club Soccer registrar.  A guest player loan form should be completed for each guest player when applicable (i.e. players from other clubs).
 
6.    All rostered players must have either a current laminated State USYSA player card, US Club Soccer laminated card, passports, or birth certificates. 
 
7.    Medical Release forms signed by a parent or legal guardian for each player on the roster.
 
8.    Out of State and Foreign teams must completed Travel Papers. Washington, Idaho, & Oregon teams do not need to provide travel papers.
  • Teams traveling from Out of State under US Club need to provide US Club laminated player cards and US Club registrar roster with guest players

or

  • Teams traveling from Out of State on USYSA/State Association travel papers must provide appropriate travel documents approved by their State Association. USYSA Travel Papers consist  of an approved Permission to Travel and an approved roster of all players who will be traveling.

or

  • Teams traveling from Out of Country must provide permission to travel from your country’s soccer governing body.
