Crossfire Players Improve Speed and Power
To Dramatically Improve On-Field Performance.
Force 10’s Speed, Power, and Performance Program utilizes the latest research and techniques to safely develop speed and power to enhance performance for Crossfire players of all ages and skill levels.
The SP2 program combines Force 10’s proven speed, power and strength training methods, together with industry-leading coaching to produce optimal improvements in on-field performance.
Crossfire players will realize significant gains in
- Linear speed and acceleration/deceleration
- Change of direction
- Stability, strength, and power
- Injury prevention
SP2 sessions are 75 minutes in duration. An athlete’s program consists of 1 – 5 sessions per week, depending on their goals. SP2 is highly affordable.
In 8 weeks of training at Force 10 my speed improved by the equivalent of me being three feet faster over my first 10 yards and 13 feet faster over 40 yards. A few weeks after my training I was called into the U17 National Team.
My strength and power tests improved by an average of 47%. I definitely got more powerful and faster at Force 10. Then I was called into the U17 National Team.
