Crossfire is committed to cultivating and preserving a culture of diversity and inclusion, where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.

We embrace differences in age, color, ethnicity, family, gender identity and expression, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, political affiliation, socioeconomic status, and other characteristics that make each individual unique. It is a fundamental value of ours to provide players and staff, of all experiences and backgrounds, the opportunity to grow and advance in a diverse setting.

Our organization is built on the premise of encouraging and enforcing respectful communication and teamwork within all group’s perspectives and backgrounds. Staff and players at Crossfire have a responsibility to exhibit conduct that reflects inclusion at all times.

Disrespectful conduct will be dealt with situationally. Please address any concerns with your coach first. If you feel the issue was not resolved, please then speak to the coaching director. If the matter is still unresolved to your satisfaction, the final step would be to speak to the board of directors. We take any and all discriminatory matters very seriously and will work to provide necessary and adequate ramifications.

As our differences shape who we are as individuals, our shared culture and values at Crossfire remain central to the clubs’ success.
