Beginning Tuesday, September 29, Crossfire Premier is offering a completely free virtual skill-building program designed for new and recreational players who would like to augment their physical education for the week. The program includes a training outline for each one-hour workout, with complementary video tutorials for all skill exercises.
The program will run 8 weeks total, with new lessons released each Tuesday and Thursday. Players can download each session and complete at their convenience, repeating as desired. And again, there is no cost for the program.
With most students enrolled in online schooling, and with many recreational soccer programs curtailed or even cancelled, this is a perfect way to continue improving soccer skills through the fall while also adding critical physical activity to your weekly schedule.
